FIONA HALL:

The work I chose is one of a series work by Fiona Hall called " leaf litter" (2000-2003)which include 200 gouache painting of botanically accurate leaves redered on foreign paper currency(The one I chose is Artocarpus incisus - breadfruit gouache on bank notes). "Leaf Litter" aligns the distribution of plant species with the distribution of monetary wealth, It also displays botanical connections across diverse territories.

According to Fiona, the leaves in the work are accurately depicted leaf as in the tradition of botanical illustration, so the rendition of the leaf is the size of the actual leaf, they've all been made from actual leaves，which means there is no differentiation on scale.

EXP1：the second model with 2 sets of stairs

this is my 2 sections from my sketchbook, the 2 words are"depend(above)" and "flow(below)"
when I made model by sketchup, I did some small changes from the original images.
This is the 2 sets of stairs I designed for the studios. the stairs lefthand goes from above-ground studio to the exhibition space.It is a set of heavy stairs which i would like to use cement as material. People from different directions can use these stairs in different way.

the stairs righthand goes from below-ground studio to exhibition space, it's cantilevered stairs.

However, I have some problems with the Sketchup ,Such as: I don't know how to make these lines into a surface.......
